2Create Your First Role
Choose the required assessments from our selection of technical, personality and industry specific assessments.
Easily add in a list of candidates and set a deadline for test submission. Instructions on how to complete the assessments are immediately emailed to all candidates.
Candidates complete the required assessments and submit scores. If the candidate has already signed up to Calibre and has a Calibre score, they can submit it instantly.
5View & Compare Results
View results as they come in and benchmark candidates against average scores for the role.
With a click of a button, export results data into Excel or CSV format for further analysis.
We operate a simple pricing model using Calbire Credits which can be used to request scores from candidates for any of our assessments. We offer a variety of packages to suit your assessment needs.
